Q: How do you remove the fan clutch?
A:
You need to remove the upper fan shroud and the accessory drive belt. Use the J 41240 to remove the fan and the clutch. Use the Spanner of the J 41240 to hold the Pulley. Use the J 41240-5A to remove the fan and the clutch on the 6.5L. Use the Spanner of the J 41240 to hold the Pulley. Then remove the fan blade assembly from the clutch.

A:
You need to install the fan blade to the clutch. Use the J 41240 to tighten the fan and clutch on the 5.7L. Use the Spanner of the J 41240 to hold the pulley. Use the J 41240-5A and the J 41240 to tighten the fan and clutch on the 6.5L. Use the Spanner of the J 41240 to hold the pulley. Then install the accessory drive belt and the upper fan shroud.
