Hello, I have a few questions based on this product. 1) Does this come assembled? 2) Can I get certain parts, but not the entire package? I've listed the items below base on the numbers in the diagram that I'd be interested in purchasing. Thank you very much for your time and assistance. Rick Greenwood Part #'s I'd like to purchase: 43762E 43757C 43760D 43757C 43761D 43743D 43753. (this is the black piece that holds the shifter into the base assembly correct?) and The actual base itself, which I don't see a # for. **If I can get these parts how much would it be?**

this is complete - unhook cables- unbolt from floor- hook cables - bolt back down
