Will this part properly sync up (are they compatible?) with the TPMS system in the vehicle just like the original factory ones? I ask as some after market sensors (ones on Amazon for example) do NOT, I assume these will as they are genuine Honda parts, yes? Thank you in advance!

These are the factory sensors, however they are not plug-n-play. All Honda tpms sensors need to be programmed after installation. Honda does not have self learning tpms systems so all replacements (factory or not) will need programming.
