I want to confirm that this part is the entire assembly with the spring? The part you have replaces F8OZ-18124-AA I called my Ford dealer and they have the same number except the last two letters are BA Just want to make sure this is the correct part

It appears that the AA is for the R/H side, and the BA is for the L/H side (no spring). The old and updated part numbers are obsolete from Ford.
