About Suzuki Swift
The Suzuki Swift is a supermini car produced by Suzuki. Suzuki Motor Corporation is a Japanese multinational corporation, and manufactures automobiles, motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles, outboard marine engines, wheelchairs and a variety of other small internal combustion engines. In 2016, Suzuki was the eleventh biggest automaker by production worldwide. The vehicle is classified as a B-segment marque in the European single market, a segment referred to as a supermini in the British Isles.
The Suzuki Swift has gone through three generations. The global version of the first-generation Swift made its debut at the Paris Motor Show in September 2004. The Swift's appearance and driving characteristics were designed for the European market, and its chassis was refined through a road-testing program across Europe. The first generation Swift has scored four stars out of five ratings in the Euro NCAP crash tests. The Swift has earned many other awards through its history.

The second-generation Swift was unveiled on 26 August 2010. The second generation Swift is being produced at Suzuki's plant in Hungary. The new Swift has upgrades in its exterior and interior. Speaking of its exterior, its wheelbase extended by 50 millimeters over the previous generation. In terms of the interior, it is equipped with a 1.2-litre VVT petrol engine, and could produce 91 bph. In 2013, Suzuki updated the Swift with some minor cosmetic changes. Accessories like a revised front bumper, L-shaped LED daytime running lights on the foglamp housings, fresh 16-inch wheels, LED-type high-level brake lamp are added to the Suzuki Swift.
The third-generation Swift made its first show in Japan on 27 December 2016. In this generation, only five-door body style is available, even though the car looks like a 3-door because the rear door handles are moved to the C-pillar. It is also the first time for Swift to use the newly developed Boosterjet direct injection turbocharged petrol engines and Smart Hybrid Vehicle by Suzuki mild hybrid technologies. Moreover, the Swift also improves a lot in the safety kits, including a forward-facing camera and laser sensors, autonomous emergency braking, a Motor Generator Unit, and so on.
