Follow these steps to ensure that your return authorization request will be processed fast and accurately:
STEP 1. You can submit a request for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by selecting the RMA option on our Contact Us page.
STEP 2. You can then enter your sales order, invoice number, the part numbers that you are requesting to return, the condition of the original packaging and the reason for the return request.
STEP 3. If your RMA request is granted, our RMA team will email you the RMA form to the email address you provided on when placing your order.
STEP 4. Please print out the RMA form we emailed you and make sure you fill it out thoroughly.
STEP 5. Include the RMA form along with the authorized return parts and send them to the address specified on the RMA form.
STEP 6. Provide us with the tracking number for your authorized return shipment along with the RMA number via our Contact Us page.
