How to Return

  • How to submit a request for a return authorization or a refund?
    Follow these steps to ensure that your return authorization request will be processed fast and accurately:
    STEP 1. You can submit a request for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by selecting the RMA option on our Contact Us page.
    STEP 2. You can then enter your sales order, invoice number, the part numbers that you are requesting to return, the condition of the original packaging and the reason for the return request.
    STEP 3. If your RMA request is granted, our RMA team will email you the RMA form to the email address you provided on when placing your order.
    STEP 4. Please print out the RMA form we emailed you and make sure you fill it out thoroughly.
    STEP 5. Include the RMA form along with the authorized return parts and send them to the address specified on the RMA form.
    STEP 6. Provide us with the tracking number for your authorized return shipment along with the RMA number via our Contact Us page.
  • Is it necessary to obtain an RMA (Return Merchanidise Authorization) ?
    Yes, you need to contact us within 15 days of delivery to start a request for an RMA. Returned parts that are not previously authorized to return will not be processed. When a return is authorized by us, we must receive the item(s) within 28 calendar days from when the ordered was delivered to you. All authorized return packages must be postmarked two days before the 28th calendar day to avoid the possibility of denial. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. The RMA form we emailed you must be put inside the box along with the authorized returning items. If a customer ships the items back without an RMA, the customer will be given the choice to ship the parts back at their own expense.
  • Where do I ship my return parts to?
    An email with an RMA form will be sent to you with easy-to-follow instructions on where to ship your authorized return to. Follow the authorized return instructions correctly. The return address may be different from where the parts were originally shipped to you. You will be emailed with RMA request details within a 24-48 business hours timeframe once your return request has been approved by us. Make sure to check your email inbox often for updates from us.
