Refund Inquiries

  • Can I get store credit for an item that I returned?
    We do not offer store credit, sorry. We process all returns for either a refund or a replacement only.
  • Can I request a refund instead of a replacement for an item that is defective?
    If the returned item is deemed to be defective by our parts team, the item will qualify for a replacement only. Items that are claimed under warranty do not qualify for a refund. Our RMA team will create a new replacement order for the item and send it to you once it becomes available.
  • I want to request to send my core back for a refund, how is that done?
    You can submit a request for an RMA for a core return on our Contact Us page to obtain instructions on how to return your core.
