Order Status

  • Can I check the status of my order on the website?
    Yes, by logging into your account or clicking on the Track Order feature on our website. We will also email you with any updates or issues with your order. Make sure to check your inbox frequently for updates. Also, a tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships out to you.
  • I didn't receive any emails from you, why?
    At times, emails can be automatically sorted to junk/spam folders. Make sure to check these folders if you have not received it in your inbox. You can also add AutoPartsPrime.com as an email contact to receive emails or you can click on the Track Order feature on our website to check for messages from us. If you're still not receiving emails from us about your order, please contact our dedicated customer service team.
  • Why does my order show that it was canceled?
    Whenever there is an issue processing your order, we will update you via email. Orders can be canceled for various issues. This may include a declined credit card, unverified shipping address, parts that are discontinued, or for no response from a customer to an email we sent you within a 3-day time frame.
  • Did shipping carrier pick up my order?
    Carriers pick up orders during the shipping carrier's pickup time frame typically done at the end of the business day. However, there are times when some shipping labels are generated after the pickup time frame. This means that the order should be picked up on the next business day. Package transit details generally update in the carrier's system within 24-48 hours from when the package was picked up.
