The Fuel Tank filler pipe housing has 4 retainers for the equinox model.
Q: What is the proper way to add the washer?
A:
Remove the front wheel hub and bearing and install the washer on the front of the front wheel Driveshaft. A new drive shaft nut will need to be installed as they are not reusable once removed. If the vehicle has already come equipped with a washer, you can simply remove it and replace it with a new washer.
Q: How do you remove and reinstall the passenger compartment air filter?
A:
You remove the air filter by opening the glove box, locating the stop tab, pushing the stop tab upwards until the glove box is released, unsnapping the tabs and removing the glove box, locating the service door for the air filter, pushing the 2 tabs upwards and release the hatches. Remove the old air filter, install the new air filter and re-install the entire glove box.
