You can raise the vehicle, remove the park brake cable from the trailing arm and the frame, remove the trailing arm bracket to body bolts, remove the trailing arm bushing to bracket nut and bolt, and remove the trailing arm bracket.

Q: What is the proper way to install the Trailing Arm?
A:
You can position the trailing arm to the vehicle, install the trailing arm to knuckle bolts, position the trailing arm bracket to the trailing arm, install the trailing arm bushing to bracket nut and bolt, install the trail arm bracket, tighten the trailing arm bushing to bracket nut and bolt, install the park brake cable bolt to trailing arm and the frame, install the tire and wheel and lower the vehicle.

You can position the trailing arm bracket to the trailing arm, install the trailing arm bushing to the bracket nut and bolt, push upward on the trailing arm bracket, install the front bolt, align the remaining trailing arm bracket bolts, tighten the trailing arm bushing to bracket nut and bolt, install the park brake cable on the trailing arm and the frame, remove the support and lower the vehicle.
