You need to remove the camshaft cover and rotate the crankshaft until the affected cylinder valve is fully open. Then you need to install the EN-47945 on the engine cylinder head and rotate the engine clockwise. After that, you need to remove the valve rocker arm and valve lash adjuster. Finally, you need to clean and inspect the valve rocker arm and valve lash adjuster.
