Q: How do I remove the left side Valve Stem Oil Seal and Valve Spring?
A:
Start with installing the flywheel Holding Tool to prevent the crankshaft from rotating. Remove the camshafts and rocker arms, the spark plug, and the rocker arm. Use the Spark Plug Port Adapter to the applicable cylinder and connect it to a compressed air source. Use the On-Vehicle Valve Spring Compressor on the desired cylinder and tighten the compressor nut. Remove the valve keepers and spring. Use the seal remover to remove the valve stem seal.
