You shall fill the pump reservoir to the MAX mark on the Capstick fluid level indicator, raise the vehicle until the front wheels are off the ground, start the engine and turn the steering wheel from stop to stop 4 times, verify the power steering fluid level, rotate steering wheel from left to right another 8 times, and verify the fluid level.

Start with installing the remote power steering fluid reservoir bracket by tightening the bolts to 9 Nm (80 LB IN). Next, connect the inlet and outlet hose to the power steering fluid reservoir. Clean the excess fluid from the vehicle and remove the drain pans. Install the strut bracket, fill and bleed the power steering system. Lastly, install the fuel injector sight shield.
