A:
You will need to reposition the heater core outward from the heater case to ease the removal. Mark the location of the foam seal from the old heater core. Then press on the seals to activate the adhesive and keep the core straight and horizontal when inserting it into the HVAC Module. Lastly, push the heater core until the foam seal around the heater core tank is inserted into the HVAC module.
