Q: What is the power vacuum brake installation procedure?
A:
Install the vacuum brake booster, and the 4 vacuum brake booster nuts and tighten the nuts 25 Nm. Next, install the intermediate steering shaft, the brake pedal pushrod retaining clip, and the driver knee bolster. After that, install the left side instrument panel insulator panel, install the 2 brake master cylinder nuts and tighten the nuts to 20 Nm. Install the 2 nuts to the BPMV and bracket assembly. Tighten the nuts to 20 Nm and install the vacuum brake booster vacuum sensor. Finally, install the windshield washer solvent heater and install the air cleaner assembly.
