Start with installing both heater outlet hose clamps to the heater outlet hose. Next, install the heater outlet hose to the engine and at the heater core. Then Reposition the heater outlet hose clamp at the engine and heater core using the hose clamp pliers. Install the surge tank to the surge tank bracket. Lastly, fill the coolant.

Q: How do I remove the Heater Outlet Hose?
A:
Start with draining the coolant, next remove the surge tank from the surge tank bracket Reposition the heater outlet hose clamp at the heater core and engine. Then remove the heater outlet hose from the heater core and engine. Lastly, remove both clamps.
