Q: What is the installation procedure for the valve rocker arm cover-right side?
A:
The procedure is to install a new rocker cover gasket into the valve rocker arm cover, the valve rocker arm cover onto the cylinder head, new rocker arm cover grommets if necessary, the rocker arm cover bolts and grommets and the vent hose to the valve rocker arm cover, apply thread lock to the threads of the bracket bolts, install the ignition coils and bracket to the rocker arm cover, the ignition coil bracket studs to the rocker cover and the spark plug wires to the ignition coils, position the engine harness if necessary, install the harness clips, connect the main electrical connector feeding the ignition coils, and then install the CPA lock, the oil fill tube, the upper transmission fill tube, and the engine cover.

Q: What is the removal procedure for the valve rocker arm cover-left side?
A:
The procedure is to remove the engine cover and the connector position assurance (CPA) lock, disconnect the main electrical connector to the ignition coil wire harness, remove the harness clips, reposition the engine harness if necessary, and then remove the spark plug wires from the ignition coils, the ignition coil bracket studs from the rocker arm cover, the ignition coils and bracket from the rocker arm cover, the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) hose from the rocker arm cover, the valve rocker arm cover bolts, the valve rocker arm cover and the gasket from the rocker cover.
