You need to remove the throttle body and the fuel injectors, disconnect the manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor and knock sensor, remove the knock sensor harness electrical connector from the intake manifold, set the electrical harness aside, disconnect the electronic temperature control (ETC) connector, and then remove the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) hose-dirty air, the MAP sensor and retainer as required, the O-ring from the sensor, as required, the evaporative emission (EVAP) purge solenoid vent tube, the EVAP purge solenoid bolt, solenoid, and isolator from the intake manifold, the intake manifold bolts, the intake manifold with gaskets and the intake manifold gaskets.
