Q: How do you remove the accessory wiring junction block?
A:
You need to disconnect the negative battery cable, press tabs inward to lift and remove the small junction block cover, press tabs inward to lift and remove the large junction block cover, note the location and remove harness end nuts, and then remove harness ends from fuse block relay center, the fuse block center bolts and remove fuse relay center from the junction block, the chassis harness, the I/P harness, the engine harness, and the forward LP harness, and the junction block base.

The procedure is to install the junction block base, the chassis harness, the I/P harness, the engine harness, and the forward LP harness, the fuse relay center into the junction block, the fuse block center bolts, the harness ends on the fuse block relay center and the harness end nuts, press tabs inward to lift and remove the large junction block cover, press tabs inward to lift and remove the small junction block cover, and then connect the negative battery cable.

Q: How do you remove the body wiring harness junction block?
A:
You need to disconnect the battery negative cable, remove the driver's seat, the junction block cover, the positive battery cable nut from the junction block, and the positive battery cable from the junction block, disconnect the electrical connectors from the junction block if equipped with YF7, completely loosen the junction block caged bolts, release the tabs that retain the junction block to the junction block base, and then remove the junction block from the block base, the junction block base nuts, the wiring harness from the junction block base and the junction block base from the floor.
