2010 Chevrolet Express 3500 ABS Wheel Speed Sensor

The procedure is to disconnect the negative battery cable, raise and support the vehicle, remove the brake modulator shield mounting nuts if equipped, the brake modulator shield mounting bolt and the brake modulator shield if equipped and all dirt and debris from the electronic brake control module (EBCM) and the brake pressure modulator valve (BPMV) before loosening or removing any of the components, disconnect the electrical connector from the EBCM, remove and discard the EBCM bolts, carefully remove the EBCM from the BPMV, and then clean the sealing surface of the BPMV.

The procedure is to disable the park brake cable, and automatic adjuster, raise and support the vehicle, remove the rear brake rotor, disconnect the parking brake cable eye from the park brake actuator lever, compress the park brake cable return spring and release the park brake cable conduit from the backing plate, remove the park brake shoe hold down springs and the park brake shoe return spring, spread the top of the park brake shoes enough to clear the top anchor point, remove the park brake shoes, and then separate the park brake shoes.
