Q: What should you do before replacing the Windshield Washer Pump (Equinox)?

You should remove the driver-side wheelhouse liner, place a clean suitable drain pan under the windshield washer solvent container, disconnect the windshield washer pump electrical connector, disconnect the windshield washer pump front hose, disconnect the rear washer system pump hose, disengage the washer pump from the washer container and then pry upward to remove the pump from the washer container grommet.

Q: What should you do before replacing the Windshield Washer Pump Hose (Equinox)?
A:
You should open and support the hood, remove the left side front bumper fascia opening cover, disconnect the windshield washer pump hose from the windshield washer nozzle hose at the left side fender flange, remove the driver side wheelhouse liner, place a clean suitable container under the windshield washer container and disconnect the windshield washer pump hose from the windshield washer pump spout.
