Q: How do you install the Power Steering Fluid Cooling Pipe?
A:
You can position the power steering fluid cooling pipe in the vehicle, connect the 3 power steering fluid cooling pipe clips, install the 2 power steering fluid cooling pipe bolts, connect the power steering fluid cooling pipe bracket to the stud, install the power steering fluid cooling pipe nut, connect the power steering fluid cooling pipe clip, install the power steering fluid cooling pipe bolt, connect the power steering fluid cooling pipe to the reservoir and the power steering gear, fill and bleed the power steering system, clean any excess power steering fluid from the vehicle, remove the drain pans, install the front bumper fascia and then install the intake manifold cover.

Q: What should you remove before replacing the Power Steering Fluid Reservoir Outlet Hose?
A:
You should remove the intake manifold cover, remove as much power steering fluid from the upper power steering fluid reservoir as possible, remove the air cleaner outlet duct, remove the air cleaner assembly and remove the right front tire and wheel assembly.

Q: What is the removal procedure for the Power Steering Fluid Cooling Pipe?
A:
The procedure is to place drain pans under the vehicle, remove the intake manifold cover, remove as much power steering fluid from the upper power steering fluid reservoir as possible, remove the front bumper fascia, disconnect the power steering fluid cooling pipe from the power steering gear and the lower power steering fluid reservoir, remove the power steering fluid cooling pipe bolt, disconnect the power steering fluid cooling pipe clip, remove the power steering fluid cooling pipe nut, disconnect the bracket from the stud, remove the 2 power steering fluid cooling pipe bolts, disconnect the 3 power steering fluid cooling pipe clips and remove the power steering fluid cooling pipe from the vehicle.
