Q: What is the heater inlet hose installation procedure?
A:
First, install the heater inlet hose on the vehicle and connect the heater inlet hose to the water pump. Connect the heater inlet hose to the underhood junction box retainer clips and the heater pipe assembly. Engage tension on the heater inlet hose clamp at the heater pipe assembly and fill the cooling system.

The heater pipe assembly retaining bolt should be torqued to 10 Nm (89 in/lbs.).
