2010 Chevrolet Corvette A/C Evaporator Core

First install a new side seal, a new upper seal, and two new lower seals to the evaporator core. Install the evaporator core to the HVAC module and the HVAC module upper case to the HVAC module lower case. Next, install the HVAC module case retaining screws and tighten the screws to 1.6 Nm After that install a new foam seal to the heater core, and install the core and cover to the HVAC module. Install the new sealing washers to the evaporator core and install the HVAC module.
