2010 Chevrolet Colorado Exhaust Heat Shield

First, place a new Exhaust Manifold gasket on the cylinder head and position the exhaust manifold to the cylinder head. Install the exhaust manifold bolts and tighten the bolts to 20 Nm. After that install the exhaust manifold heat shield and the exhaust seal.

First apply a soapy solution to the frame support bracket rod, the inner diameter of the Exhaust Pipe hanger, and the exhaust pipe hanger rod. Next press the exhaust pipe hanger over the frame support bracket rod and the exhaust pipe hanger rod.
