Use the J23690 and the J8092 to install the Axle Bearing, and then use the J21128 to install the axle shaft seal, the axle shaft, the tire and wheel assembly, next fill the rear axle with axle lubricant, lastly, lower the vehicle.
Q: What is the differential carrier assembly installation procedure?
A:
First, lift the front Differential into position and install the mounting bracket to the differential housing. Install the vent hose, and the electric motor actuator and tighten them to 22 Nm. Next install the electrical connector, the front wheel drive shafts, and the front propeller shaft.
Q: What is the rear axle shaft installation procedure?
A:
Install the rear Axle Shaft, the C-lock to the rear axle, and the pinion shaft. Next, install the lock bolt and tighten it to 25 Nm. Install the rear brake drums from the vehicle and the rear axle housing cover and gasket. After that fill the rear axle with fluid.
