2010 Chevrolet Cobalt Intake Manifold

First, install the throttle body bolts and tighten the bolts to 10 Nm. Install the EVAP purge solenoid and tighten the bolt to 10 Nm. Next, install the MAP sensor/bolts and tighten them to 10 Nm. After that install the new intake manifold gasket, studs, nuts, and bolts. Make sure to tighten the bolts to 25 Nm and the nuts to 20 Nm. Install the fuel pump bracket bolt, and the A/C pipe bracket bolt and tighten them to 10 Nm. Install the intake manifold brace, the charge air bypass valve vacuum tank, and the fuel feed pipe bolts.
