2010 Chevrolet Camaro Shock Absorber

First, remove the front suspension strut assembly from the vehicle, position the front suspension strut assembly in the CH-48845, and use a hand tool compressor on the front spring until the front suspension strut moves freely. Finally remove the front suspension strut nut, font suspension strut mount retainer, front suspension strut mount, front suspension strut insulator, front suspension strut mount retainer, front suspension strut bumper, front spring, front spring insulator, and the front suspension strut.

Install the rear shock absorber, lower insulator, shield, rear shock absorber bumper, rear shock absorber bumper seat, spring, rear spring upper insulator, rear shock absorber upper plate, retainer, and nut. Next, tighten the rear shock absorber nut to 45 Nm and install the rear shock absorber in the vehicle.

The recommended bolt torque is 58 Nm (43 LB-FT).

Do not tighten the nut for the rear shock absorber until the spring is in proper alignment with the reference mark.

You will need to remove the tire and wheel assembly.
