Insert a flat-bladed tool between the seatback panel and seatback cushion to release the upper retainer tabs on each side. Push the tool against the tabs to release and carefully flex the seatback panel outward to slide the top tabs out of the retainer slots. Next, lift up on the panel to remove it from the bottom of the seat back frame.
