You should remove the left front wheelhouse line and the washer container filler tube, drain the windshield washer solvent into a suitable clean container, disengage the headlamp washer nozzle hose from the headlamp washer pump hose at the front of the windshield washer solvent container and disconnect the main harness electrical connector at the front of the windshield washer solvent container.

You should remove the left front compartment side sight shield, drain the windshield washer solvent into a suitable clean container, reach into the driver side of the engine compartment and grasp the filler neck at the side of the front compartment underbody side rail extension where the filler tube enters the windshield washer solvent container. Then, you should twist the fill tube slightly back and forth while pulling it outward from the container. remove the filler tube, inspect and replace if the filler neck seal is damaged, and use full-strength windshield washer fluid at the filler tube seal upon re-assembly of the filler neck to the windshield washer container.
