You should install the Starter motor, the starter motor mounting bolts, the battery positive cable terminal, and the nut to the starter solenoid and install the engine harness terminal and nut to the starter solenoid. Then, you should reposition and install the secondary air injection pump and bracket and connect the battery negative cable.

You should not attempt to order the calibration number from GM customer care and after-sales. When reprogramming, you should ensure that it is updated with the latest software version and use TIS2WEB on or after 10/28/10 to obtain the calibration. If you cannot access the calibration, you should call the techline customer support center and it will be provided. You should verify that there is a battery charge of 12 to 15 volts. The battery must be able to maintain a charge during programming. Then, you should reprogram the Body Control Module (BCM) and clear all DTCs using Tech 2(R) or GDS.

You should remove the front fascia, disconnect the sensor harness, remove the sensor from the sensor housing, paint the sensor housing and apply structural adhesive epoxy, Lord Fusor (TM) 127EZ or equivalent, to the fascia at the mating surface. Then, you should install the sensor housing to the fascia, allow the adhesive to cure according to the manufacturer's directions, install the sensor to the sensor housing, connect the electrical harness and install the front fascia.
