You should clean all traces of the old weatherstrip from all the openings, use a50/50 mixture of isopropyl alcohol and water and use a flat-bladed tool to remove the weatherstrip retainers located on the weatherstrip from the locating hole in the door.

You should first remove the center pillar lower trim panel, clean all traces of the old weatherstrip from all the openings and use a 50/50 mixture of isopropyl alcohol and water. Then, you should align the weatherstrip to the door opening with the bond joint positioned at the lower center of the door opening, install the weatherstrip to the pinch-weld flange and finally ensure the weatherstrip is fully seated.

Then, you should pull the weatherstrip away from the window frame and lower front channel, center the weatherstrip in the center of the door frame and work the weatherstrip towards the corner. After that, you should install the weatherstrip into the door frame channel and finally, you should operate the window to ensure that the window seal properly into the inner door frame.

You should remove the rear door check link bolt to the body, reposition the check link to allow the weatherstrip to pass, clean all traces of the old weatherstrip from all the openings and use a 50/50 mixture of isopropyl alcohol and water and a flat-bladed tool to remove the weatherstrip retainers located on the weatherstrip from the locating hole in the door.
