You should remove the front side Door Lock Cylinder, release the opening cover from the cylinder, and inspect the door locking system for proper operation.
Q: How to remove the rear side door upper hinge and lower hinge?

You should mark around the hinge location with a soft marker for installation alignment purposes, support the door, remove the hinge-to-door bolts with the door fully latched on the striker and remove the hinge-to-body bolts and remove the hinges one at a time.
