A:
The procedure is to insert a flat-bladed tool between the seatback panel and the seatback cushion to release the upper retainer tabs on each side, push the tool against the tabs to release, carefully flex the seatback panel outward to slide the top tabs out of the retainer slots, pull back on the seatback panel, all released tabs must be clear of all obstructions, and then lift up on the panel to remove from the bottom of the seat back frame, using a flat-bladed tool to disengage the bottom clips.
