The procedure is to remove the power steering pump assembly from the vehicle, remove the power steering fluid reservoir studs from the power steering pump assembly, remove the power steering pump fitting, remove the power steering pump flow control valve, and the power steering pump flow control valve spring from the power steering pump assembly, and then remove and clean the power steering fluid reservoir magnet.

The procedure is to fully charge the hydro-boost accumulator, raise the vehicle until the front wheels are off the ground, key on the engine OFF, turn the steering wheel from stop to stop 12 times, verify the power steering fluid level per operating specification, start the engine, and then verify the fluid level.
