You should install the liftgate latch cable to the liftgate handle, align the liftgate handle studs with holes in the liftgate, install the liftgate handle retaining bolts, install the liftgate handle retaining nuts to the studs, then install license plate lamp sockets by turning sockets clockwise, install the liftgate trim panel, finally close the liftgate.
