The procedure is to remove the oil pump, remove the camshaft position actuator solenoid valve, loosen and separate the CMP actuator and timing chain from the camshaft, remove the CMP actuator and timing chain, and insert and secure a tie strap through the center of the actuator and over the reluctor wheel.
