First, you need to remove the torque converter access plug, remove and discard the timing gear bolts, adjust the 2 horizontal bolts into the camshaft sprockets to maintain chain tension, and move the sprockets with the timing chain, off of the camshafts. Then, please remove the camshaft caps, and the camshafts, apply air pressure to the cylinder, install the J-44228-A and compress the valve springs. Finally, you should remove the valve keys, the J-44228-A, the valve spring retainer, and the valve spring, remove the seals, and clean and inspect the cylinder head.
