First, you need to install the Throttle Body assembly to the intake manifold with the gasket and add sealer GM P/N 12346004 (Canadian P/N 10953480) to the throttle control module bolt threads. Then, please install the throttle body assembly retaining bolt, connect the throttle body electrical connector, and install the EVAP canister purge line to the throttle body. Finally, you should install the resonator assembly.

First, you need to disconnect the negative battery cable, relieve the fuel pressure, remove the throttle body, and remove the powertrain control module (PCM) retaining bolts and nuts. Then, please remove the ECM, disconnect the fuel feed pipe, disconnect the integral clip, remove the engine wire harness bracket bolt, and remove the electrical harness and vacuum lines from the Intake Manifold. You also need to disconnect the manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor electrical connector, disconnect the crankcase ventilation hose from the intake manifold, and disconnect the vacuum brake booster hose at the intake manifold. Finally, you should remove the generator, loosen the intake manifold bolts and remove the intake manifold.

First, you need to remove the radiator support diagonal brace if applicable, and disconnect the secondary air injection (AIR) reaction pump inlet hose from the air cleaner air outlet duct. Then, please loosen the 3 air cleaner housing retaining screws, remove the air cleaner housing, and lift the air cleaner element and air outlet duct from the lower air cleaner housing/washer solvent tank assembly. Finally, you should remove the air cleaner element from the air outlet duct with a twisting and pulling motion and inspect the entire assembly for dust, debris, or water.
