2009 Chevrolet Tahoe Fuel Level Sensor

You need to remove the fuel tank module, use a small pick-like tool to push in the retainer to disengage the electrical connector, remove the fuel level sensor electrical connector from the module cover, push the level sensor locking tangs in towards the inside of the module bucket, slide the fuel level sensor up and remove the fuel level sensor from the module.

You need to install the fuel level sensor to the module, position and slide the fuel level sensor down, ensure that the level sensor tangs are engaged at the bucket, install the fuel level sensor electrical connector to the module cover, ensure that the retainer engaged the module cover and install the fuel tank module.
