You need to install the auxiliary A/C evaporator tubes to the vehicle, the auxiliary A/C evaporator tubes to the clamps, the heater/A/C tubes retaining nut to the stud at the frame, the auxiliary A/C evaporator tubes, and the retaining nut to the auxiliary HVAC module, the rear wheelhouse liner, the right assist step, the front wheelhouse liner and the auxiliary A/C evaporator tubes to the condenser tube and the accumulator using the nuts, recharge the refrigerant to the system and leak test the fittings of the component using the J 39400-A.

You need to recover the refrigerant from the system, remove the auxiliary A/C evaporator tubes from the condenser tube and the accumulator, loosen the right front wheelhouse to gain access to the clamp behind the wheelhouse and remove the right assist step, the front wheelhouse liner, the rear wheelhouse liner, the retaining nut and the auxiliary A/C evaporator tubes from the auxiliary HVAC module, the heater/A/C tubes retaining nut from the stud at the frame, the auxiliary A/C evaporator tubes from the clamps and the auxiliary A/C evaporator tubes from the vehicle.

You need to disable the hybrid high voltage system, recover the refrigerant, remove the air cleaner, air cleaner resonator outlet duct, the radiator air upper baffle and the radiator side shield, raise and support the vehicle and remove the front wheelhouse liner right side.
