You should remove the heated oxygen sensor (HO2S), raise and suitably support the vehicle, remove the catalytic converter to Exhaust Manifold nuts, remove the front wheelhouse liner-right side, partially lower the vehicle to work through the wheel opening, remove the spark plug wires from the spark plugs, remove the spark plug wires from the ignition coils, remove the oil level indicator tube from the engine block, remove the exhaust manifold bolts and exhaust manifold, remove and discard the exhaust manifold gasket, remove and discard the exhaust manifold seal and remove the exhaust manifold heat shield bolts, and shield from the exhaust manifold.

You should install the dash panel Exhaust Heat Shield to the dash panel studs, install the dash panel exhaust heat shield nuts and install the catalytic converter. For 2500 series vehicles, you should position the oil pan skid plate and tighten until snug the 2 rear oil pan skid plate bolts and then install the 2 front oil pan skid plate bolts. For 1500 series vehicles, you should position the oil pan skid plate and install the oil pan skid plate bolts and then position the engine shield to the frame, install and tighten the engine shield bolts and lower the vehicle.

You should raise and support the vehicle, apply a soapy solution to the following to ease the removal of the hanger, and pry the Exhaust Pipe hanger free.
