Q: How do I remove the Engine Control Module?
A:
You should retrieve the percentage of remaining engine oil, disconnect the negative battery cable, disengage the engine wiring harness upper and lower electrical connector retainer and remove the connector from the ECM, disengage the retainer tabs securing the ECM to the bracket, and remove the ECM.

Q: How do I install the Engine Control Module?
A:
You should install the bottom ECM tabs into the bracket, push the ECM in securing the ECM to the bracket, position the engine wiring harness lower and upper electrical connector and engage the retainer securing the lower connector to the ECM, and connect the negative battery cable. If a NEW ECM was installed, you should program the ECM.
