A:
You should turn the ignition switch to the off position, apply the brake pedal several times until the brake pedal becomes firm to deplete the power brake booster vacuum reserve, and disconnect the power brake booster vacuum sensor electrical connector.

Q: How do I install the Power Brake Booster?
A:
You should install the gasket and the booster assembly, install the 4 booster to bulkhead nuts, install the stop lamp switch, install the master cylinder to the brake booster, bleed the hydraulic booster system and release the parking brake and unblock the wheels.

Q: How do I remove the Power Brake Booster?
A:
You should apply the park brake and block the wheels, disconnect the inlet hose, the steering gear, and the return hoses from the booster assembly, remove the master cylinder to hydraulic booster nuts and set the master cylinder aside in the engine compartment, remove the stop lamp switch, remove the 4 booster to bulkhead nuts, remove the booster assembly and remove the gasket.
