2009 Chevrolet Suburban 1500 ABS Wheel Speed Sensor

You should install the wheel speed sensor ring using the J 45860 and the J 8092, drive the wheel speed sensor ring into the axle housing until the tool bottoms against the tube, install the axle shaft bearing using the J 23690 and the J 8092, drive the axle shaft bearing into the axle housing until the tool bottoms against the tube, install the axle shaft seal, drive the tool into the bore until the axle shaft seal bottoms flush with the tube, install the axle shaft, the rear axle housing cover, the rear wheel speed sensor and the tire and wheel assembly, fill the rear axle and lower the vehicle.

You should raise and support the vehicle, remove the tire and wheel assembly, remove the rear wheel speed sensor, remove the rear axle housing cover, remove the axle shaft, and remove the axle shaft seal, the bearing, and the wheel speed sensor ring from the axle housing using the J 45857 and the J 2619-01.

You should install the wheel speed sensor to the rear axle, install the wheel speed sensor bolt, connect the wheel speed sensor electrical connector, install the wheel speed sensor electrical connector and sensor harness clips to the inboard frame rail and perform the Diagnostic System Check-Vehicle (with HP2).

You should raise and support the vehicle, disconnect the wheel speed sensor electrical connector, release the wheel speed sensor electrical connector and sensor harness clips from the inboard frame rail, remove the wheel speed sensor bolt and remove the wheel speed sensor from the rear axle.
