You should install the water in the fuel sensor to the fuel filter, connect the water in the fuel sensor wiring pigtail, place the rear half of the wheelhouse liner, install the rear bolts/retainers as required, prime the fuel system and then inspect for fuel leaks.

You should drain the fuel from the fuel filter, remove the right front wheelhouse liner rear bolts/retainers as required, disconnect the water in the fuel sensor wiring pigtail from the engine wiring harness electrical connector, and then remove the water in fuel sensor from the fuel filter.

You should attach a small piece of hose to the drain onto the water in the fuel sensor, place the other end of the piece of hose into an approved fuel-resistant container, and open the drain 3 or 4 turns or until the water-contaminated fuel seeps from the drain, operate the priming pump until only diesel fuel is visible, allow the pump to fully return upward between pushes and then remove the container and hose.
