You should use a soft bristle non-metallic brush and Top Engine Cleaner to remove any deposits from the nozzle tip and the copper washer sealing area, inspect the Fuel Injector nozzle tip for any signs of discoloration, replace the injector, clean the fuel injector high-pressure line, inspect the fuel injector line for excessive corrosion or damage to the sealing surfaces and then replace the line if any damage is found.

You should install the Fuel Level Sensor, install the sensor retaining clip, connect the sensor electrical connector and then install the sending unit.

You should install the fuel injector pipes, the engine wiring harness clip to the Fuel Line bracket, the fuel line bracket to the stud, the fuel line bracket nut, the glow plug control module and bracket, the water outlet, and the charge air cooler inlet pipe.
