You should remove the charge air cooler inlet pipe, the wheelhouse liner, the steering coupling nut and bolt at the upper intermediate steering shaft, the exhaust pipe to exhaust manifold bolts, the exhaust manifold heat shield bolts and shield, the exhaust manifold bolts and nuts in the sequence shown and the exhaust manifold and gasket.

You should install the new exhaust manifold gasket onto the manifold studs, the exhaust manifold onto the studs, and the exhaust manifold bolts and nuts.
