You should install the engine coolant pipe gasket and Water Pump O-ring, the water pump, the water pump bolts, the engine wiring harness retainer on the water pump outlet pipe inner stud, the water pump to engine coolant pipe nuts, the thermostat housing crossover, the crankshaft balancer, and the left wheelhouse inner panel.
Q: How to remove the Cooling Fan and Shroud?
A:
You should remove the air inlet duct, the surge tank inlet hose from the radiator, the clip attaching the wiring harness to the shroud, transmission cooler lines bolts from the fan shroud, the cooler lines from the clip, the Cooling Fan Shroud bolts, and the cooling fan and shroud.
Q: How to remove the Engine Oil Cooler Pipe/Hose Quick Connect Fitting?
A:
You should disengage the plastic caps from the quick connect fittings, pull on one of the open ends of the retaining ring, rotate the retaining ring around the quick connector, remove the Engine Oil Cooler line from the quick connector fitting at the radiator and then clean all of the components in a suitable solvent, and dry them with compressed air.
