You should remove the air cleaner, the drive belt, the generator bracket, the front oil fill tube, the water outlet, the power steering pump bracket, the bolts and wiring harness bracket at the thermostat housing, the cooling fan pulley, the turbocharger coolant return pipe hose, the fuel line bracket bolt at the thermostat housing crossover, the water pump inlet pipe bolts, the thermostat housing crossover bolts and nuts, the thermostat housing crossover, with the bypass pipe, the thermostat bypass pipe to water pump O-ring seal and the thermostat housing crossover gaskets.

You should install a new O-ring seal to the water outlet, the water outlet, the water outlet bolts, the manifold intake temperature sensor electrical connector to the water tube bracket, the main electrical harness bracket, the main electrical harness bracket bolts, the main engine electrical harness connector bolts, the main electrical connector harness bracket, the main electrical connector harness bracket bolts, the wiring harness bracket and bolts to the thermostat housing, the turbocharger coolant bypass valve, and the radiator inlet hose.

You should remove the radiator inlet hose, the turbocharger coolant bypass valve, the bolts and wiring harness bracket at the thermostat housing, the main engine electrical harness connectors, the main electrical connector harness bracket bolts, the main electrical connector harness bracket, the manifold intake temperature sensor electrical connector from the water tube bracket, the water outlet bolts, the water outlet, and the O-ring seal.
